Wash/put away all serving ware. Wipe down stainless steel worktop surfaces. Shut off/drain dishwasher. Empty debris tank. Empty all trash.

Ensure all items removed from tables (paper products, etc.); collect salt & pepper shakers, water pitcher; unused cups & return to proper storage; wipe tables; check for anything that may have dropped on the floor.
